Should you be having difficulties with your device or CONNECT App, information about both will be useful to a support engineer.
Select About from the main menu to see information about your device and software versions. You can automatically send this information to our support team by selecting Send Info on the top right hand-side of your display.
Your device will automatically do this every time it is activated, so you only really need to use this option if asked to by a support engineer.
