Configuring your tracker
Our trackers can be configured via a Bluetooth app, 'OTA' (Over The Air) using our web interface or commands sent via an API. Some models also support configuration via a Serial interface.
CONNECT App
All tracker configuration settings can be viewed and updated via Bluetooth using the RockCONNECT app

The CORE and Push API
The most recently transmitted configuration settings can be viewed, and all settings can be updated over the air using The CORE web interface or Push API.

Serial API for IoT/M2M field applications
All RockAIR and appropriately configured RockFLEET devices are equipped with a serial interface that can be used to send/receive custom external data strings and change some device settings.

Other providers may have their own bespoke apps which work with our devices. Please check with your provider if you are unsure which app you should be using, and to get a manual for the app.
